Shipping policy
Depending on the item and quantity you ordered, we generally ship 3-4 weeks after the payment agreement, order details and artwork has cleared. All merchandise is shipped via available couriers such as Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy and Transportify within NCR and Rizal areas while we use LBC or JRS for provincial addresses.
We cannot guarantee the reliability of any shipping method especially for provincial addresses since we do not control any of the couriers. Forge MNL PH, guarantees to ship on time using the most appropriate shipping courier available to meet your deadline date and requirements. Should a problem arise, we can take care of coordinating with the chosen courier to oversee proper delivery of your promotional item.
